These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Pet Approved website and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product packaging may vary. If a product isn't as described, see our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order (for example, because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item going out of stock). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current information and an accepted form of payment. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
7. Product use and pet safety
Please follow the instructions that come with each product and supervise your pet when using any new product, especially toys, grooming tools and electronics. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or if your pet shows signs of distress. Our products are not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics and our store name and logo, belongs to Pet Approved or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to use our site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Approved is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
