Shipping policy
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $50 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $50: $8.00 flat-rate standard shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Our products ship directly from our supply partners, so delivery times vary by item. Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after processing. Some items can take up to 3 weeks. If your order includes items from different partners, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather and peak holiday seasons can occasionally slow delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us and we'll look into it.
